If I choose the Postcard option, what should I expect?

If you choose to buy a postcard, this means that you are choosing to have me write you a letter via postcard and you will receive the postcard with all the mailing marks and prints as it gets processed through the post. It won’t be pristine when you receive it and it will be scuffed and if the post is particularly rough with it, it might have a tear.

Don’t choose this option if you want a clean print to hang up to display.

Do choose this option if you like the idea of receiving mail and experiencing post in the mail that isn’t a bill.

If I choose the Print option, what should I expect?

If you choose to buy a print, the print will be packaged in a stiff mailer to prevent damage before reaching you.

How often do you ship?

Products will be sent out once a week.

Is there tracking?

I will be shipping these in regular post so there will be no tracking available.

I haven’t received my order.

If you haven’t received your order in over 2 weeks, please contact me and we’ll figure out something together.

I changed my mind, can I get a refund?

Generally all sales are final. However, if your item has not been shipped yet, I’m more than happy to refund you your purchase. Please contact me.
